Craig Seals


Craig and his wife Kristi have one daughter, Leyah. Craig’s passion is to preach the Word of God and to help followers of Jesus to find creative and God honoring ways to serve. Craig is graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv) and is currently studying at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (PhD) in Christian Preaching. Paul Nichols

Paul joined our staff in the fall of 2012. He is our full time youth pastor. He is responsible for reaching, discipling, and equipping our youths.

Worship Leader

Jason has been serving at Park Hill as the Worship Leader for about 9.5 years. He has served in churches since he was 14 years old, leading music in the church where his dad was the pastor. Jason and his wife, Rebecca, have been members at Park Hill for 11 years. They have two boys, ages 7 and 9.

Lauren joined the PHBC staff in early 2013 and has been working very hard to keep all things in order that are of any relation to PHBC’s finances.

Hannah joined our staff early in 2012. She handles many of the administrative duties at PHBC.

Paul Sivils

Choir Director

Paul has been involved in the music ministry of Park Hill since he moved to Arkadelphia with his family in 1996. He has been on staff for the last 9 years as choir director. Paul started working in music ministry in 1977. He and his wife Jennifer have three sons and one daughter-in-law.
